This song was born in a time when I had to learn the difference – between friends and mere acquaintances.
We live in an age where narcissism and toxicity walk among us every single day.
Too many of my friends have survived relationships where safety was just an illusion.
There are countless stories— and even more that will never be told.
I wrote this song from an objective place, trying to answer a question that haunts me;
Why so many people struggle to leave.
